Overview
The City 7's 10-13 is our competitive 7v7 league for players ages 10 to 13.
It costs $38 for an 8-10 week season. Active City Soccer members play for free. A City top is required. Teams or individuals may apply, and a parent or guardian handles registration.
Have a full squad? Enter as a team. Signing up one player? Register them individually and we will place them on a team. Either way, registration starts on the same page.

Get in the league
General play
- 25 minute halves, unless the referee changes them.
- Wait for the whistle on kick-offs.
- Kick-ins from the sideline must be played on the ground.
- Corners are taken as normal.
- Punts, drop-kicks, side-kicks, throws, and goal kicks may not cross midfield in the air.
- All restarts give opponents 7 yards of space.
Goalkeepers
- May not handle a ball passed back with the feet.
- May not pick the ball up again once they have held it and set it down.
- On goal kicks, the opposing team backs up to the first cone or line.
These rules are being finalized and may be adjusted before the season.

The 10-13 league keeps its own waitlist. After sign-up and approval, eligible teams and players appear here. Our staff will take it from there and be in touch.
