Gap-Year Program
After high school and before college is a critical window for development.
The gap-year program allows talented players to spend a year with the Spartans FC’s U20 pro-development team, as an amateur training and playing in an incredible footballing environment.
The program helps college prospects prepare, while getting a taste of what life is like as a professional player in the UK.

The program offers a distinctive experience and opportunity to train and play with a professional academy as an amateur player. Engage with a different culture, learn from top coaches and players, prepare for the next level.
The gap-year requires a commitment of 4-8 months living abroad. Spots are highly competitive. Short-term visits can be arranged see the club, meet personnel and consider the prospect of playing and living abroad. Past participants are also happy to set up a call and talk about their experience.
